At Red Bee Media, we leverage our genre, content tag, program relationship, and general program metadata to provide related programming results to drive user similarities and suggestions for our client’s platforms. Similarities and suggestions can be customized to limit results to only the closest related programs or expanded to incorporate a wider range of related programming.

 

How It Works

Red Bee has developed a unique scoring algorithm that utilizes metadata within our proprietary software to identify similar programming choices amongst nearly 575 thousand parent programs (top level series, movies, and specials) and, if individual episodes are included within the service, more than 4 million programs are available for similarities and suggestions.
